How do we book, and when do we need to pay?
Fill out our short form with your event date and package preference. We'll confirm availability and send a simple contract with a 30% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We don't take your money until we confirm we can serve you.
Do you serve events outside of Greater Boston?
Our core service area is Greater Boston, MetroWest, North Shore, and South Shore. For the Memories and Find Yourself packages (which are fully digital), we can serve couples anywhere in the US. For the Forever package with physical delivery, we ship anywhere in the continental US. Reach out and we'll confirm.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 60 days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 30–60 days out receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll reschedule to a new date at no extra charge if you need to postpone.
How does face recognition work, and what happens to my guests' face data?
When a guest uploads a selfie to "Find Yourself," our system compares it against the wedding photo collection and then deletes the selfie right after the search. To make that search possible, faceprints from the event photos are kept in a private, per-event index that is never shared between events or used to identify anyone by name, and is deleted when the event is archived. The guest's selfie is never stored after the search. Photos are stored only for the couple's gallery access period (1 year). The gallery is private, protected by a link and PIN. We never share, sell, or use guest images for advertising or to train AI models.
